Vrbsoft is looking for a talented person to join our team of Marketing. This job will be home based (WFH) and is strictly for Females from Pune Region. As a Telecaller Executive, you will collaborate with our marketing and advertising team. Your insightful contribution will help develop,expand and maintain our marketing channels.Excellent communication skill, verbal as well as written are essential to the role.
Experience: Fresher/ Experienced.
Work: Incentive based
Salary: Salary will be incentive basis.
Incentives: 300 Rs per face to face appointment in pune region only. Face to face appointment/schedule compulsory to get 300 rs per client. Vrbsoft will attend the meetings.
Education: 10th/12th or Any Graduate.
Gender: Female ( local female from pune only apply)
What You Need:
- Lead Generation from cold calling to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – telephone manners & tactfulness required to schedule appointments or conference calls.
- Have flair of working on targets and must have excellent convincing skills.
- Knowledge of SEO & Web Technologies is preferred (no compulsion).
- Perform market analysis and research on competition.
- Creative and innovative thinker and planner.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Google Docs.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management system.
Ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be a problem-solver. - No need to travel to clients. Only appointment scheduling.
- Laptop/ computer is must.
What You Will Do:
- Promote the skills of the organization and get prospect clients.
- Take care of client accounts and make sure that client relation is handled professionally.
- To understand situation and perform to the peak for achieving the targets.
- Timely reports to be mailed to the reporting head about work.
